Frequently Asked Questions
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Delivered or picked-up fresh, never frozen. Ready to heat and eat.
How long do meals stay fresh?
Up to 5 days in the fridge. Freeze to extend shelf life.
How do I heat my meals?
Microwave 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. Times vary by appliance.
Is the beef local?
Yes! Our beef is locally sourced, and it's one of the things we're proudest of.
Is everything organic?
Not everything. We're careful in selecting whole food ingredients that support your long term health, and we go organic where it makes sense.
Do you make everything yourselves?
Yes. Everything! Every meal, snack and side is made from scratch in our own Durango kitchen.
Do you use local produce?
Not at this time. At the volume we cook, local produce would push our prices well beyond what we want you to pay. We stay committed to whole food ingredients and locally sourced beef while keeping meals affordable.
