This lunch will contain items that will help the meal reach 20g protein, nutrient dense and can be eaten cold. If your child has dietary restrictions or food allergies, we can substitute items to accommodate for that. Most meals will likely have a meat, cheese, fruit and dessert. To keep our costs down, there will be no nutrition label on the meal but we can easily get this information for you upon request.
Order must be placed by Thursday 8pm and can be picked up at Nourish any time Saturday or Sunday or during standard hours throughout the following week.
